1. Information We Collect
TradersDesk respects your confidentiality. When you access our platform:
- Guest Usage: No personal information is collected. Your custom watchlists, theme preferences, and active analytics views are saved locally in your browser via
localStorage.
- Google OAuth Sign-In (Optional): If you choose to log in with Google via Supabase, we collect only your public profile name, email address, and avatar thumbnail to maintain your multi-device workspace synchronization.
- Broker API Credentials: Any broker API keys or TOTP configurations you enter in Settings are retained on your own private server instance or encrypted local storage and never transmitted to external third parties.
2. How Your Data Is Used
We use synchronized data strictly to:
- Maintain your real-time watchlist across your desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Store custom strike ranges, alert preferences, and charting presets.
- We never sell, monetize, or disclose your trading preferences or personal identifiers to advertising networks.
3. Local Storage & Cookies
We use client-side local caching (localStorage and memory cache) to cache static instrument lists and historical market breadth figures so you experience zero latency and to reduce redundant broker API consumption.
4. Data Deletion & Account Erasure
You may purge your local cache at any time using your browser settings or click "Reset Workspace" inside Settings. To erase synchronized cloud data, users can disconnect their account at any time.
